基于节能减排理念的生态环境治理问题与技术研究

摘要 全球气候变化和资源环境约束日益加剧的背景下,节能减排已成为推动生态文明建设、实现可持续发展的重要战略途径。本文以节能减排理念为核心,系统分析当前我国生态环境治理的主要问题,并具体阐述基于节能减排的关键治理技术。本文的研究对于进一步推动我国节能减排政策落地、提升生态环境治理水平、加快绿色转型发展具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。 Against the backdrop of increasingly severe global climate change and resource and environmental constraints,energy conservation and emission reduction have become an important strategic approach to promoting ecological civilization construction and achieving sustainable development.This paper,with the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction as its core,systematically analyzes the main problems in China's current ecological environment governance and specifically elaborates on the key governance technologies based on energy conservation and emission reduction.The research in this paper has significant theoretical value and practical significance for further promoting the implementation of China's energy conservation and emission reduction policies,improving the level of ecological environment governance,and accelerating green transformation and development.
