摘要
基于绿色双元创新视角,探索“无废城市”试点政策对企业高质量发展的逻辑机理与实现路径。利用2015—2021年我国沪深A股上市公司数据,运用双重差分(DID)的准自然实验估计,从探索式绿色创新和利用式绿色创新两个维度来探究“无废城市”试点政策对企业高质量发展的作用机制。研究发现:(1)相对于非政策试点地区的企业而言,“无废城市”试点政策能够显著促进所属地区企业高质量发展;(2)从机制检验结果来看,“无废城市”试点政策通过促进企业“探索式绿色创新”和“利用式绿色创新”进而推动企业实现高质量发展;(3)进一步研究发现,“无废城市”试点政策对中小规模企业、中西部地区企业以及高科技企业的高质量发展促进作用更显著。研究结果为“十四五”期间“无废城市”试点政策推广,激发企业创新活力,促进企业高质量发展提供了理论依据和现实参考。
From the perspective of green dual innovation,this paper explores the logical mechanism and realization path of the pilot policy of“waste-free city”on the high-quality development of enterprises.This paper used the data of China’s A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2015 to 2021.It applied the quasi-natural experiment estimation of double-difference(DID)to explore the mechanism of the pilot policy of“waste-free city”on the high-quality development of enterprises from the dimensions of exploratory green innovation and utilization green innovation.The study finds that:(1)The pilot policy of“waste-free city”can significantly promote the high-quality development of enterprises in its region relative to enterprises in non-pilot regions;(2)From the results of the mechanism test,the pilot policy of“waste-free city”promotes enterprises to realize high-quality development by promoting enterprises’“exploratory green innovation”and“utilizing green innovation”;(3)Further research finds that the pilot policy of“waste-free cities”has a more significant effect on the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises,enterprises in central and western regions,and high-tech enterprises.The results provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the promotion of the pilot policy of“waste-free cities”during the“Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”period,which will stimulate the innovation vitality of enterprises and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
