摘要
“阳化气,阴成形”是《黄帝内经》中的重要理论,“阳化气”通过推动温煦等作用将机体有形之物化为无形之物,“阴成形”通过凝集、濡养将无形之物化为有形之体。而在肺结节的形成中,中医学认为阴阳之太过与不及贯穿肺结节始终。因此,本文欲基于中医“阳化气,阴成形”理论,深度探讨肺结节形成原理,并从“扶阳散结”的治疗角度,以“扶阳消阴”为本,兼以“通络散结”,调整阴阳二者的平衡状态,以期指导肺结节的诊治。
"Yang transforming qi,while yin shaping up the body"is an important theory recorded in the Huangdi Neijing."Yang transforming qi"refers to transforming physical objects into intangible ones by promoting activities such as warming,while"yin shaping up the body"refers to the reverse process of transforming intangible objects into tangible ones via activities of agglutinating and nourishing.In the formation of pulmonary nodules,Chinese medicine believes that the excess or deficiency of yin and yang runs through the entire process of the disease.Therefore,based on the theory,this paper intends to deeply explore the formation principle of pulmonary nodules.And from the treatment perspective of"strengthening yang and resolving hard masses",this study proposes treating the disease root cause by"enhancing yang and whittling down yin",in combination with"clearing collaterals and dissipating nodules",in order to strike a balance between yin and yang.It is expected that the study may offer a guide for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules.
