摘要
目的观察朱氏头皮针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法2024年3月到2025年8月期间,从该院的皮肤科、针灸科以及体检中心,选取63例契合纳入标准的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法给分组,治疗组32例,对照组31例。对照组接受口服西药治疗,治疗组在接受口服西药治疗的基础上,给予朱氏头皮针治疗,均治疗14 d。对比指标包括疼痛相关指标、焦虑自评表(SAS)评分、不良事件发生率。结果在治疗之后,治疗组疼痛量表-视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、疼痛持续时长还有两次疼痛之间的间隔时间,改善情况比照组好(P<0.05);同时,治疗后治疗组的SAS评分比对照组低(P<0.05);治疗组的不良事件发生率和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论朱氏头皮针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,能有效改善疼痛症状,安全性良好,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhu's scalp acupuncture in treating postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods From March 2024 to August 2025,63 PHN patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected from the hospital's Dermatology,Acupuncture,and Health Examination Center departments.They were divided into a treatment group(n=32)and a control group(n=31)based on the treatment received.The control group received oral Western medicine,while the treatment group received Zhu's scalp acupuncture in addition to the oral Western medicine.The treatment course was 14 days for both groups.Outcome measures included pain-related indicators,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,and the incidence of adverse events.Results After treatment,the treatment group showed significantly better improvement than the control group in the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,pain duration,and the interval between pain episodes(P<0.05).Additionally,the SAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhu's scalp acupuncture can effectively improve pain symptoms in patients with postherpetic neuralgia with a good safety profile,demonstrating clinical value for promotion.
