摘要
本文通过对医学生校园文化的特点分析,结合医学生思想政治教育的需求点,系统探讨了医学人文与校园文化建设结合的必要性、关联性及具体实践路径。从满足医学人文教育的实践需求和医学生职业发展的长远目标出发,阐明了将两者相结合的重要性;分析了二者在教育目标上的一致性与教育内容上的互补性,为其结合提供了理论基础;重点阐述了三条核心实践路径,即通过将医学人文理念融入校园环境、主题活动与社团建设,营造育人氛围,以模拟诊疗、义诊服务、主题演讲等丰富多样的校园文化活动为载体提供实践平台,以及创新活动形式与内容并建立长效激励机制以确保活动的持续性与有效性。有效提升医学生的人文素养与职业精神,为培养合格的新时代青年医生提供有力支持,未来高校需持续探索与完善相关机制以确保此项工作科学有效地推进。
This paper,through the analysis of the characteristics of the campus culture of medical students,combined with the needs of the ideological and political education of medical students,systematically probes into the necessity,correlation and practical path of the combination of medical humanities and campus culture construction.From the perspective of meeting the practical needs of medical humanities education and the long-term goal of medical students'career development,the importance of combining the two is explained.This paper analyzes the consistency of the two in the educational goal and the complementaryness of the educational content,which provides the theoretical basis for their combination.Three core practice paths are emphasized,namely,integrating the concept of medical humanities into the campus environment,themed activities,and the construction of clubs to create a nurturing atmosphere,and providing a practical platform through various campus cultural activities such as simulated diagnosis and treatment,free clinic services,and themed speeches,as well as innovating the forms and contents of activities and establishing a long-term incentive mechanism to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the activities,to effectively enhance the humanistic literacy and professional spirit of medical students,and provide strong support for the training of qualified young doctors in the new era.Universities need to continuously explore and improve relevant mechanisms to ensure the scientific and effective advancement of this work.
