适用于煤层气井的低温固结砂HDCS−L研制与现场试验

摘要 以“大液量、大排量、大砂量”为关键参数的有效支撑压裂技术在延川南煤层气井规模化应用后,在大幅缩短见气周期、提高经济效益的同时,也造成了地层出砂严重、气井频繁检泵的问题。针对该问题,以石英砂、环氧树脂、改性脂环胺和聚乙二醇等为原料,通过表面改性和物理涂覆的方法,研制了低温固结砂HDCS−L,并评价了其固结时间、固结温度、固结强度和导流能力等性能。评价结果表明,HDCS−L在30℃温度、常压条件下静置24 h后,固结强度为5.69 MPa;在30℃温度、10 MPa压力条件下静置24 h后,固结强度达12.17 MPa,导流能力为8.82 mD·cm,表明HDCS−L低温固结后具有良好的固结强度和导流能力。现场应用了7口井,有效率达100%,Y−11井有效期逾240 d,Y−21井稳产180 d以上。研究结果表明,低温固结砂HDCS−L适用于延川南煤层气井压裂排采一体化工艺,具有良好的应用前景。 The large-scale application of effective proppant fracturing technology,characterized by large fluid volume,large displacement,and large sand volume in coalbed methane(CBM)wells of the South Yanchuan Block has significantly shortened the gas production cycle and enhanced economic efficiency.However,it also induced severe formation sand production and frequent pump inspections.To overcome these challenges,a low-temperature consolidation sand(HDCS-L)was developed using quartz sand,epoxy resin,modified aliphatic amines,polyethylene glycol,and other raw materials through surface modification and physical coating methods.Key properties,including consolidation time,consolidation temperature,consolidation strength,and flow conductivity,were systematically evaluated.The evaluation results demonstrate that HDCS-L achieves a consolidation strength of 5.69 MPa after standing 24 hours at 30°C under atmospheric pressure,and the consolidation strength increases to 12.17 MPa after standing 24 hours at 30°C under 10 MPa,with a flow conductivity of 8.82 mD·cm,confirming its robust consolidation strength and flow conductivity after low-temperature consolidation.Field application in seven wells demonstrates a 100%success and efficiency rate.Well Y-11 has maintained effectiveness for over 240 days,and Well Y-21 has achieved stable production for more than 180 days.This study validates that HDCS-L is suitable for the integrated fracturing and drainage process in CBM wells of the South Yanchuan Block,demonstrating promising application potential.
