摘要
“十四五”期间,中国石化通过持续科技攻关和系统集成,石油工程技术取得系统性突破,有力支撑了国内原油稳产和天然气增产。主要工程技术进展包括:研究形成超深特深井钻完井技术体系,复杂地质条件下钻井效率与安全性显著提升,具备了万米井钻探能力;研发了页岩油气超长水平段水平井钻完井关键技术,推动页岩油气资源勘探突破与效益开发;老油田提产提效工程技术规模化应用,有效支撑了高含水油气田增产稳产;研究形成了以密集丛式井、大位移井等为核心的海洋油气钻完井技术,保障了浅海油气资源高效开发;新能源工程技术实现“耗水不取水”规模化地热开发及百万吨级CCUS全产业链能力,开辟绿色低碳转型新路径;建成智能钻完井与压裂平台,引领工程作业模式变革。“十五五”期间,中国石化将聚焦“两深一非”和“一老一新”领域,以高端化、智能化、绿色化为发展方向,持续开展深地极限环境高效探测、非常规降本增效、老油田深度挖潜、新能源融合及数智化转型等关键工程技术研究,为夯实国家能源安全根基提供核心工程技术支撑。
During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,Sinopec achieved systematic breakthroughs in petroleum engineering technology through continuous technological research and systematic integration,strongly supporting China’s stable crude oil production and natural gas output growth.Major advancements in engineering technology include:the development of a drilling and completion technology system for ultra-deep and extra-deep wells,significantly improving drilling efficiency and safety under complex geological conditions and enabling a 10000-meter drilling capability;the development of key technologies for drilling and completion of horizontal wells with ultra-long horizontal sections in shale oil and gas,promoting breakthroughs in exploration and cost-effective development of shale oil and gas resources;the large-scale application of engineering technologies for enhancing production and efficiency in mature oilfields,effectively supporting production increase and stabilization in high-water-cut oil and gas fields;the establishment of offshore engineering technologies such as intensive cluster drilling and extended-reach drilling,ensuring efficient development of shallow-water oil and gas resources;the realization of“water consumption without water extraction”large-scale geothermal development and million-ton-level CCUS full-chain capabilities in new energy engineering,opening new pathways for green and low-carbon transformation;the construction of intelligent drilling,completion,and fracturing platforms,leading the transformation of engineering operation models.During the“15th Five-Year Plan”period,Sinopec will focus on the fields of“two deeps and one unconventional”and“one mature and one new”,targeting high-end,intelligent,and green research directions.It will continue to conduct research on key engineering technologies such as development in extreme deep-earth environments,cost reduction and efficiency enhancement in unconventional resources,deep potential tapping in mature oilfields,integration of new energy,and digital transformation,providing core engineering technology support for strengthening the foundation of national energy security.
