民航机场低空目标光电探测系统的研究和应用

摘要 随着航空产业的发展,国内航班量总体呈现递增趋势,对机场服务保障能力的要求也随之增高。同时,无人机、鸟类等低慢小目标的数量随着经济持续发展和生态环境修复显著提高,使得低空空域的飞行环境更加复杂,对机场低空空域净空管理能力的要求也随之增高。但传统净空手段存在成本高、智能化程度低、可靠性低等问题,无法满足现代化机场低空安全保障的需求。故此,北京遥感设备研究所(以下简称“北遥所”)设计出一套低慢小目标探测系统,以保障飞机在进场和离场时的飞行安全。 As the aviation industry develops,the volume of flights shows an increasing trend,which in turn raises the requirements for airport service support capabilities.At the same time,with the sustained economic development and the optimization of the ecological environment,the numbers of low-speed and small targets such as drones and birds have increased accordingly,the flight environment in low-altitude airspace becomes more complex,and the requirements for the airport′s low-altitude and obstacle clearance management capabilities have also increased.However,traditional clearance method has the problems of high cost,low intelligence and poor reliability,which cannot meet the needs of modern airport low-altitude safety assurance.Therefore,Beijing Institute of Remote Sensing Equipment(hereinafter referred to as"Beiyuan Institute")designs a low-slow-small target detection system to ensure the flight safety of aircraft during takeoff and loading.
