摘要
针对目前纬编三明治面料生产中存在的抗起毛起球、抗钩丝、掉纤牢度差等问题,采用新型加捻黏胶长丝作为连接丝开发棉、黏胶长丝、氨纶三明治面料,经过织造、染整过程后,对成品按照相关标准检测后发现,耐水洗色牢度达4级以上,湿摩可达2~3级;抗起毛起球4级,抗钩丝3~4级,掉纤2~3级,综合性能优于涤纶或棉纤维作为连接丝的三明治面料。此外经过织物外观检验,织物表面颜色均匀性佳,杜绝了以往因织造露底造成的双色问题,同时赋予面料独特的丰厚手感。
To address the current issues in the production of weft-knitted sandwich fabrics such as pilling.snagging and poor fiber retention,it develop a cotton-viscose-spandex sandwich fabric using new twist viscose filament as the connecting thread.After knitting,dyeing and finishing,the finished product was tested according to relevant standards.The results show that the color fastness after water washing reaches grade 4 or above,with wet rubbing resistance reaching grade 2~3.Additionally,it demonstrates grade 4 resistance to pilling,grade 3~4 resistance to snagging,and grade 2~3 resistance to fiber shedding.The sandwich fabric has better comprehensive performance than polyester or cotton fiber as the connecting thread.In addition,after the appearance inspection of the fabric,the color uniformity of the fabric surface is good,eliminating the problem of double color caused by grinning in the past,giving the fabric a unique and rich feel.
