摘要
文章以校企合作联合研发并实现产业化生产的纳米稀土织物为研究对象,从面料研发背景、稀土材料分析、织物性能研究3个维度进行论述。通过一系列功能性测试与技术表征,分析纳米稀土面料所呈现的各种优异性能。结果表明:纳米稀土面料具备优异的防紫外线、抗菌抑菌、除臭消异味、抗静电、稀土材料零溶出和远红外保健功能;具备良好的吸湿排汗、接触凉感、防螨、防霉的服用功能,面料在服装应用方面适合多场景穿搭。
This article takes the nano-rare earth fabrics developed and industrialized by brand enterprises as the research object.It discusses three dimensions:the background of fabric research and development,analysis of rare earth materials,and research on fabric performance.Through a series of functional tests and technical characterizations,it explores and analyzes the various excellent properties presented by nano-rare earth fabrics.The results show that nano-rare earth fabric has excellent UV protection,antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties,deodorization and odor elimination,anti-static,zero dissolution of rare earth materials and far-infrared health care functions.It has excellent moisture absorption and sweat-wicking,cool contact sensation,mite-proof and mold-proof wearing functions.The fabric is suitable for multi-scenario wearing in clothing applications.
