摘要
在新质生产力背景下,饲料企业正面临着数字化重构与管理变革的双重挑战。财务管理作为企业运营的“中枢神经”,其数字化转型已成为推动饲料企业高质量发展的关键驱动力。新质生产力强调以科技创新为核心,以要素优化配置为路径,这一理念与财务数字化转型高度契合。因此,本文从新质生产力的视角出发,针对饲料企业财务数字化转型所面临的问题,提出系统性的解决方案,旨在打造智能化的财务管理模式,为饲料企业的高质量发展提供持续动能。
In the context of new-quality productive forces,feed enterprises are facing dual challenges of digital restructuring and management transformation.As the"central nervous system"of enterprise operations,the digital transformation of financial management has become a key driving force for the high-quality development of feed enterprises.This is because new-quality productive forces emphasize technological innovation as the core and optimized allocation of factors as the path,which is highly compatible with the digital transformation of finance.Therefore,from the perspective of new-quality productive forces,this paper proposes a systematic solution based on the problems faced by feed enterprises in their digital transformation of finance,aiming to create an intelligent financial management model and provide continuous momentum for the high-quality development of feed enterprises.
