摘要
在数字经济时代,饲料行业全链条数据共享体系展现出巨大潜力,能够加速行业智能化转型、增强产业链整体韧性、辅助企业精准决策并优化生产与研发工艺。然而,当前数字技术尚未完全渗透至饲料行业全链条,其价值有待进一步激发;饲料企业数据治理能力有限,数据孤岛现象依然存在;因利益分配不均,产业链各方协同建设数据共享体系的动力不足;建设成本较高也在一定程度上制约着行业的智能化转型。针对上述问题,本研究从数字技术应用、数据安全共享、利益分配统筹、成本管理控制四个维度提出对策,旨在为饲料行业全链条数据共享体系建设提供支持,推动我国饲料行业实现可持续发展。
In the era of digital economy,the full-chain data sharing system of the feed industry has shown great potential in accelerating the intelligent transformation of the feed industry,enhancing the overall resilience of the feed industry chain,assisting feed enterprises in making accurate decisions,and optimizing feed production and research and development processes.Currently,digital technology has not fully penetrated the full chain of the feed industry,and the value of digital technology needs to be stimulated.The data governance capability of feed enterprises is limited,and data silos still exist.Unequal distribution of benefits leads to insufficient motivation for all parties in the industrial chain to collaborate in building a data sharing system.The high construction cost to some extent restricts the intelligent transformation of the feed industry.In response to the above issues,this study proposes countermeasures from four dimensions:digital technology application,data security sharing,benefit distribution coordination,and cost management control,aiming to support the construction of a full-chain data sharing system in the feed industry,and promote the sustainable development of Chinese feed industry.
