摘要
薪酬激励机制作为现代企业管理的核心组成部分,其科学性与适配性直接影响员工积极性的激发和工作绩效的提升。基于弗鲁姆期望理论提出的“努力—绩效—回报—价值”认知路径,文章系统阐述了薪酬激励的重要价值,并深入剖析了饲料企业在绩效指标设置、绩效与激励关联、激励价值体现等方面存在的问题。在此基础上,从岗位关键绩效指标构建、差异化薪酬体系设计、多元化薪酬激励组合以及激励反馈机制完善等维度,提出了一套契合饲料企业实际情况的薪酬激励机制,旨在实现员工工作绩效与组织发展目标的有机统一,从而为饲料企业在人才竞争和产业升级中赢得主动提供支撑。
As a core component of modern enterprise management,the scientificity and adaptability of the salary incentive mechanism directly affect the improvement of employees'enthusiasm and work performance.Based on the cognitive path of"effort-performance-reward-value"in Vroom's Expectancy Theory,this article explains the important value of salary incentives and deeply analyzes the problems that feed enterprises face in terms of performance indicators,performance correlation,and incentive value.On this basis,from the dimensions of key performance indicators of positions,differentiated salary design,salary incentive combination,and incentive feedback system,a set of salary incentive mechanisms that conform to the actual situation of feed enterprises is proposed,with the aim of balancing employees’work performance and the achievement of organizational goals,thereby helping feed enterprises gain the initiative in talent competition and industrial upgrading.
