摘要
中草药以其天然性、多功能性、低毒副作用和不易产生耐药性等独特优势,在养鸡业中展现出了巨大的应用潜力和广阔的发展前景。文章系统综述了中草药在鸡养殖中的具体应用效果,重点阐述了其在增强免疫功能、防治疾病、促进生长、改善生产性能、抗氧化应激以及改善肉蛋品质等方面的作用;分析了当前中草药应用中存在的标准化难题、作用机理不明确、与其他添加剂协同效应不明确等问题。最后,对中草药在鸡绿色健康养殖中的未来研究方向,如作用机制的深度解析、生产工艺的标准化、精准配伍方案的开发等进行了展望,以期为中草药在养鸡业中的科学应用和进一步推广提供理论参考。
Chinese herbal medicine,with its unique advantages such as natural properties,multi-target efficacy,low toxicity and side effects,and low likelihood of inducing drug resistance,demonstrates significant application potential and broad development prospects in the poultry(chicken)industry.This paper systematically reviews the specific application effects of Chinese herbal medicine in chicken farming,focusing on its roles in enhancing immune function,preventing and treating diseases,promoting growth,improving production performance,combating oxidative stress,and enhancing meat and egg quality.The current challenges in the application of Chinese herbal medicine,including standardization difficulties,unclear mechanisms of action,and synergistic effects with other additives,are analyzed.Finally,future research directions for Chinese herbal medicine in green and healthy chicken farming are prospected,such as in-depth exploration of its mechanisms,standardization of production processes,and development of precise compatibility protocols,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the scientific application and further promotion of Chinese herbal medicine in the chicken farming industry.
