摘要
针对换流变压器在绝缘击穿时引发爆燃,危害设备及人身安全的问题,研制了一种基于在线监测传感的主动防御装置。通过内置式声电一体传感器和高频电流传感器采集原始局部放电信号,经过去噪、同步等信号处理后进行主动防御逻辑运算,实现放电发展阶段的识别,从而给出相应等级的报警,必要时通过变压器非电量保护跳开断路器。在真型换流变压器内部模拟放电缺陷测试,结果表明:装置能够根据局部放电数据正确识别放电发展阶段,给出正确等级的报警信号,在绝缘击穿前发出保护跳闸信号,有效防止变压器爆燃事故的发生,并在换流站常见的干扰信号下未发生误告警。
An active defense device based on online monitoring and sensing is developed to address the problem of explosion and combustion caused by insulation breakdown of converter transformers,which endangers equipment and personal safety.The device collects original partial discharge signals through built-in acoustic-electric integrated sensors and high-frequency current sensors.After such signal processing as denoising and synchronization,active defense logic operations are carried out to realize the identification of discharge development stages,thereby giving corresponding levels of alarms.When necessary,the circuit breaker is tripped through the non-electric quantity protection of the transformer.The test of simulating discharge defects inside a full-scale converter transformer is conducted,and the results show that the device can correctly identify the discharge development stages according to partial discharge data,give alarm signals of correct levels,and issue protection trip signals before insulation breakdown occurs,thus effectively preventing the occurrence of transformer explosion and combustion accidents,and not giving false alarms under common interference signals in converter stations.
