摘要
目的 探讨气海俞龙虎交战针法联合中药热敷对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者疼痛及病变区域红外热成像温度的影响。方法 选取该院2022年8月至2024年3月收治的120例LDH患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(气海俞龙虎交战针法+中药热敷)和对照组(中药热敷),各60例。比较2组的临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、红外热成像温度、血液流变学相关指标。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的VAS评分、ODI评分、足太阳膀胱经的温度、低切全血黏度、高切全血黏度和红细胞沉降率均低于对照组,JOA评分、足少阳胆经及足少阴肾经的温度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用气海俞龙虎交战针法与中药热敷联合治疗LDH患者,可缓解疼痛,促进局部血液循环,改善腰椎功能及血液流变学,临床疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effects of the"Longhu Jiaozhan"acupuncture at Qihaishu combined with Chinese herbal hot compress on pain and infrared thermography temperature in the affected region of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 120 patients with LDH admitted to this hospital from August 2022 to March 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly assigned to either an observation group(60 cases),receiving the"Longhu Jiaozhan"acupuncture at Qihaishu combined with Chinese herbal hot compress,or a control group(60 cases),receiving Chinese herbal hot compress alone.The following outcomes such as clinical efficacy,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)assessment scores,infrared thermography temperature and hemorheology-related parameters were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,ODI score,temperature of the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang,low-shear whole blood viscosity,high-shear whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,whereas the JOA score,temperature of the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang and temperature of the Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin were higher,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of the"Longhu Jiaozhan"acupuncture at Qihaishu and Chinese herbal hot compress in treating patients with LDH can effectively alleviate pain,promote local blood circulation,improve lumbar function and hemorheological parameters,demonstrating significant clinical efficacy.
