摘要
数字经济作为经济发展的重要推动力,对提升城市经济韧性至关重要。文章综合运用熵权—Topsis、耦合协调度、Markov链和地理探测器等方法对近十年间中原城市群29个市域城市经济韧性水平与数字经济发展水平的耦合协调程度及影响因素进行了深入分析。研究发现:近十年来,中原城市群城市经济韧性水平和数字经济水平均呈现稳步提升态势,二者耦合协调程度不断提升,但整体的耦合程度较低,截止2022年,仅达到勉强协调水平。此外,城市间的耦合程度存在明显空间依赖性,以郑州和聊城为核心,逐渐向外扩散。在影响耦合程度的众多因素中,住户年末储蓄余额、社会消费品零售总额、财政收入、财政支出、金融机构年末存款余额、互联网宽带接入用户数和每百人国际互联网用户数始终占据主导地位,其中财政收入、互联网宽带接入用户数与其他因素共同作用拥有最强的解释力。建议充分利用数字经济的优势,发挥其对城市经济韧性的推动作用;发挥郑州和聊城的辐射和带动效应,建立区域合作机制,加强区域交流与管理;合理利用财政收入,推进传统产业数字化转型,提升城市抵抗风险的能力。
As a key driving force for economic development,the digital economy plays a vital role in enhancing urban economic resilience.This paper employs a combination of methods—including Entropy-TOPSIS,Coupling Coordination Degree,Markov Chain,and Geodetector—to conduct an in-depth analysis of the coupling coordination level and influencing factors between economic resilience and digital economy development across 29 cities in the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration over the past decade.The study finds that over the last ten years,both urban economic resilience and digital economy development levels in the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration have shown steady improvement.The degree of coupling coordination between the two has also been increasing,yet remains relatively low overall.As of 2022,it has only reached a barely coordinated level.Moreover,there is a clear spatial dependence in the degree of coupling between cities,with Zhengzhou and Liaocheng as the core areas gradually expanding outward.Among the many factors influencing the coupling degree,year-end household savings balance,total retail sales of consumer goods,fiscal revenue,fiscal expenditure,year-end deposit balance of financial institutions,number of broadband internet access users,and number of international internet users per 100 people consistently play a dominant role.Among these,fiscal revenue and the number of broadband internet access users,in combination with other factors,exhibit the strongest explanatory power.It is recommended to fully leverage the advantages of the digital economy to enhance its role in driving urban economic resilience;to capitalize on the radiation and driving effects of Zhengzhou and Liaocheng by establishing regional cooperation mechanisms and strengthening regional communication and management;and to make rational use of fiscal revenue to promote the digital transformation of traditional industries and improve cities’risk resistance capabilities.
