柔性忆阻器互联结构中神经元信号传导特性与串扰分析

摘要 针对目前柔性忆阻器阵列中的信号传输问题,提出一种柔性忆阻器互联结构单元模型以分析神经元信号的传输特性以及其中的串扰问题。基于交叉杆阵列结构,搭建忆阻器互联结构单元与串扰单元的三维模型,并将其导出为电路模型,通过编程得到神经元信号源,最后将信号源与模型导入电路仿真软件ADS中进行时域仿真,观测对比输入信号与输出信号的差异,可判断神经元信号的衰减程度与串扰强度。结果表明,该柔性忆阻器互联结构能够使神经元信号在结构中正常传输,并且具有一定机械耐久性,为可穿戴柔性电子器件中的信号传输提供了参考。 This paper presents a flexible memristor interconnection structure unit model to analyze the transmission characteristics of neuronal signal in flexible memristor arrays and the crosstalk problem.The 3D model of the intercon-nect structure unit and crosstalk unit were built based on cross bar array structure and then exported as a circuit model.Time-domain simulations were performed in circuit simulation software ADS with model and signal source which obtained through program.The degree of attenuation and crosstalk intensity of neuronal signal were estimated by comparing the difference between the input signal and the output signal.The results show that flexible memristor interconnect structure enables normal transmission of neuron signal with less impact of crosstalk,providing a reference for signal transmission in wearable flexible electronic devices.
