激光诱导击穿光谱法对煤中碳元素的定量分析研究

摘要 利用激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术对煤炭中的C元素进行定量分析。分别利用线性回归和非线性回归方法建立样品光谱数据与C元素含量的关联模型,对光谱数据预处理方法和模型参数分别进行了优化。研究结果表明,样品光谱数据经标准正态变换预处理后,选择潜变量数为14时,偏最小二乘回归模型的分析性能最佳。校正集和测试集分析的均方根误差分别为0.503 2和1.898 1,相关系数分别为0.999 0与0.984 4。研究结果为LIBS技术在煤炭元素快速分析中的应用提供一定的技术支撑。 Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy technology was employed to analyze the contents of carbon in coal.Linear regression models and nonlinear regression models were set up to establish correlation models between sample spectral data and C element content.The spectral data preprocessing methods were studied,and main parameters of models were optimized.The experimental results showed that the partial least squares regression method obtained superior predicted results when the spectral data was preprocessed with standard normal transformation and the latent variable number was set to 14.The root mean square error of correction set and test set were 0.5032 and 1.8981 respectively;the correlation coefficient were 0.9990 and 0.9844 respectively.The research provide technical support for the application of LIBS technology in rapid analysis of coal elements.
