摘要
低温等离子体降解污染物是通过高压放电后生成高能电子和活性基团,与污染物进行反应并使其降解的技术。低温等离子体在环境应用领域有着能快速无选择性地降解多种污染物、无二次污染和操作灵活的核心优势,作为一种效率高、时耗短的新兴技术,在污染治理领域有着广泛的应用前景,今后发展的主要方向可能集中在协同催化技术的探究,实际工业污染处理的拓展以及能源效率的提升等方面。总结了低温等离子体技术的研究现状,阐述了低温等离子体的产生方式。在此基础上梳理了低温等离子体在废气、废水以及土壤污染处理方面的应用情况,讨论了各种应用中存在的问题并提出了相应的建议。最后,对低温等离子体的未来应用和发展前景进行了展望。
Non-thermal plasma degradation of pollutants is a technology that generates high-energy electrons and active groups through high-voltage discharge to react with and degrade pollutants.Non-thermal plasma in the field of environmental applications has the core advantages of rapid and non-selective degradation of a variety of pollutants,no secondary pollution and flexible operation,as a kind of high efficiency,short time-consuming emerging technology,has a wide range of prospects for application in the field of pollution control,and the main direction of the future development may be focused on the exploration of synergistic catalytic technology,expansion of the actual industrial pollution treatment and the enhancement of energy efficiency and other aspects.This paper summarizes the current research status of non-thermal plasma technology and describes the way of non-thermal plasma generation.On this basis,the application of non-thermal plasma in the treatment of waste gas,waste water and soil pollution is sorted out,and the problems in various applications are discussed and corresponding suggestions are put forward.Finally,the future application and development prospect of non-thermal plasma are envisioned.
