摘要
为了解近二十年来酿酒废水处理现状与研究进展情况,以2001~2023年CNKI收录的文献为数据来源,采用可视化分析工具CiteSpace绘制相关图谱进行分析。结果表明,酿酒废水研究自2001年起呈上升趋势,但年均发文量并不多;机构合作网络分析显示机构间合作相对独立,主要单位为学院和当地企业,缺乏跨省交流;载文期刊分析表明刊发在核心期刊较少,发文质量较低;关键词共现分析显示关键词类型多,同酿酒废水处理联系比较密切,说明酿酒废水处理的更多方向,关键词聚类分析表明研究多集中于废水处理;分析总结出未来更加趋向于应用创新型技术来处理酿酒废水,这也表明该项研究正处于发展阶段。此外,基于检索文献总结了酿酒废水处理工艺、处理效能及其影响因素,为今后的研究提供参考。
In order to understand the current situation and research progress of brewing wastewater treatment in the past 20 years,the visual analysis tool CiteSpace was used to map and analyze the correlations.The results showed that the study on brewing wastewater had been on the rise since 2001,but the average annual number of publications is not large.The analysis of institutional cooperation network showed that the inter-institutional cooperation was relatively independent,and the main units were colleges and local enterprises,and there was a lack of cross-provincial exchanges.The analysis of journals with articles showed that there were few journals published in core journals,and the quality of published articles was low.The keyword collinear analysis showed that there were many types of keywords,which were closely related to the treatment of brewing wastewater,suggesting more directions,and the keyword cluster analysis showed that the research was mostly focused on wastewater treatment.The analysis concluded that the future trend was more towards the application of innovative technologies to treat brewing wastewater,which also indicates that the research is in the development stage.In addition,based on the literature search,the treatment process,treatment efficiency and influencing factors of brewing wastewater were summarized,which provided a reference for future research.
