摘要
气凝胶纤维结合了气凝胶材料轻质、多孔和纤维材料高长径比、柔韧性和可编织等特点,显示出作为下一代功能纤维的巨大潜力。主要围绕聚合物气凝胶纤维,总结了其主要的制备方法,并分析了其关键性能的影响因素,以获得最佳性能气凝胶纤维。详细探讨了其在各个领域的研究进展,包括保温隔热、智能织物、吸附和屏蔽等领域。最后,讨论了气凝胶纤维开发利用的潜在挑战,并对未来的前景和研究方向进行了讨论。
Aerogel fibers combine the features of lightweight and porous aerogel materials and high aspect ratio,flexibility and weavability of fiber materials,showing great potential as next-generation functional fibers.This paper focuses on polymer aerogel fibers,summarizes its main preparation methods,and analyzes the influencing factors of its key properties to obtain the best performance aerogel fibers.Its research progress in various fields,including thermal insulation,smart fabrics,adsorption and shielding,is discussed in detail.Finally,potential challenges in the development and utilization of aerogel fibers are discussed,as well as future prospects and research directions.
