摘要
针对常用的固体破胶剂存在施工加量不精确、稳定性能差、破胶液残渣含量高对地层造成伤害等问题,使用过硫酸钾溶液复配L-1络合型稳定剂、A-1降解剂以及调整溶液pH值形成了可多级降解的稳定型液体破胶剂体系。通过测试过硫酸钾的保留率、压裂液破胶时间、破胶液残渣含量等指标确定体系最优加量,评价了液体破胶剂在不同温度下的破胶性能、与固体破胶剂对比破胶性能、破胶液分子量以及破胶液对储层的伤害情况。结果表明,该体系在80℃的条件下,对胍胶压裂液的破胶时间在3 h内,破胶液黏度为1.147 mPa·s,破胶液残渣含量为92 mg/L,破胶液相对分子质量为14.8×10^(4),岩心基质渗透率平均损害率仅有8.83%,破胶性能远优于固体破胶剂,具有良好的破胶效果,对储层伤害低。
In response to the issues with commonly used solid breaking agents,such as inaccurate dosage during construction,poor stability,and high residue content of the breaking solution causing damage to the formation,a stable liquid breaking agent system with multi-stage degradability was developed by using potassium persulfate solution combined with L-1 chelating stabilizer and A-1 degradant,along with adjusting the pH value of the solution.The optimal dosage of the system was determined by testing the retention rate of potassium persulfate,the glue breaking time of the fracturing fluid,the residue content of the glue breaking solution,and the glue breaking performance of the liquid glue breaker at different temperatures,the glue breaking performance compared with the solid glue breaking agent,the molecular weight of the glue breaking solution and the damage of the glue breaking solution to the reservoir were evaluated.The results show that under the condition of 80℃,the glue breaking time of guanidine glue fracturing fluid is within 3 h,the viscosity of the glue breaking solution is 1.147 mPa·s,the residue content of the glue breaking solution is 92 mg/L,the relative molecular weight of the glue breaking solution is 14.8×10^(4),the average damage rate of the permeability of the core matrix is only 8.83%,and the glue breaking performance is much better than that of the solid glue breaking agent,which has a good glue breaking effect and low damage to the reservoir.
