磺化聚苯乙烯微球的合成及其在水煤浆制备中的应用

摘要 以苯乙烯(St)、苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSNa)、二乙烯基苯(DVB)为主要原料,通过分散聚合制备出一种磺化聚苯乙烯[P(St-co-SSNa)]微球。利用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)和激光粒度分析仪等对微球进行表征。SEM结果表明,当DVB用量为共聚单体的1.0%时,可获得表面光滑、分布均匀的微球,其平均粒径为2.852μm。利用微球为改性剂,对烟煤中的神华煤开展制浆实验。结果显示,当微球用量为0.1%时,浆体黏度由611.56 mPa·s降至555.93 mPa·s,神华煤的最大成浆浓度由64.48%提升至64.83%。所获得浆体为典型的假塑性流体,符合Herschel-Bulkley流变模型。利用静态析水率、棒插法和稳定性分析仪评价浆体的稳定性,发现微球改性后浆体稳定性明显提升。 A sulfonated polystyrene[P(St-co-SSNa)]microsphere was prepared by dispersion polymerization using styrene(St),sodium styrene sulfonate(SSNa)and divinylbenzene(DVB)as the main raw materials.The microspheres were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and laser particle size analyzer.The structure shows that when the amount of DVB is 1.0%of the comonomer,the microspheres with smooth surface and uniform distribution can be obtained,and the average particle size is 2.852μm.Shenhua coal in bituminous coal was upgraded by using microspheres as modifier,and pulping experiments were carried out.The results show that with the increase of microsphere dosage,the viscosity of coal water slurry decreases first and then increases.When the dosage is 0.1%,the viscosity of slurry decreases from 611.56 mPa·s to 555.93 mPa·s.The use of P(St-co-SSNa)microspheres can increase the maximum slurry concentration of Shenhua coal from 64.48%to 64.83%.The obtained slurry is a typical pseudoplastic fluid,which conforms to the Herschel-Bulkley rheological model.The stability of the slurry was evaluated by static water precipitation rate,rod insertion method and stability analyzer.It was found that the stability of the slurry was significantly improved after microsphere modification.
