摘要
本研究以天津医科大学总医院2023-2024年202万份互联网就医数据为基础展开分析,总结出医务人员配置、服务时间分配、医务人员激励政策、医保政策支持、物流服务资源等五个影响互联网医院运管管理的重要因素,据此构建互联网医院运营管理综合决策模型,并提出优化人员配置、提升专家效率、制定激励政策、完善医保与物流、关爱特定人群等建议,为互联网医院的运营管理提供全面且科学的指导,推动互联网医院朝着更加健康、有序的方向发展。
This study analyzes 2.02 million pieces of internet medical consultation data from Tianjin Medical University General Hospital between 2023 and 2024.It summarizes five key factors influencing the operational management of internet hospitals:medical staff allocation,service time distribution,medical staff incentive policies,medical insurance policy support,and logistics service resources.Based on this,a comprehensive decision-making model for internet hospital operation and management is constructed,and recommendations are proposed,including optimizing personnel allocation,improving expert efficiency,formulating incentive policies,improving medical insurance and logistics systems,and caring for specific populations.These provide comprehensive and scientific guidance for the operational management of internet hospitals,promoting their healthier and more orderly development.
