摘要
事业单位档案管理数字化转型是事业单位发展的重要议题。本研究基于调查结果,构建SWOT-PEST分析模型,从政策、经济、社会、技术四个维度,对事业单位档案管理数字化转型的优势、劣势、机会与威胁进行全面探究,希望为事业单位档案管理的信息化、智能化发展提供借鉴。
The digital transformation of archival management in public institutions is a key issue for their development.Based on survey findings,this study develops an integrated SWOT-PEST analytical model to comprehensively examine the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats(SWOT)of digital transformation in archival management within public institutions across four dimensions:policy,economic,social,and technological.The study aims to offer practical insights for the digital and intelligent development of archival management in public institutions.
