绿色低碳下高职教育双路径赋能乡村振兴——新能源与微电网创业协同路径

Dual Paths of Higher Vocational Education Empowering Rural Revitalization under Green and Low-Carbon Goals-Collaborative Path of New Energy and Microgrid Entrepreneurship

摘要 在双碳战略与乡村振兴深度交融的时代背景下,高职教育依托"技能培养+双创孵化"双轨模式赋能乡村绿色低碳发展,具有显著的现实价值。文章基于新能源技术下乡与微电网创业的协同发展逻辑,系统剖析当前高职教育双路径实施的现状与瓶颈,构建起“技术适配-人才培育-创业孵化-生态构建”的全链条赋能体系。通过多元新能源应用场景的实践案例分析,探究政府、院校、企业三方协同推进的保障机制。研究发现,该协同路径能有效破解乡村新能源技术落地梗阻、创业生态基础薄弱等问题,实现技术渗透与产业升级的双向促进,为乡村振兴注入可持续的人才与技术动能。 Against the backdrop of the deep integration of China’s"dual carbon"goals and the rural revitalization strategy,higher vocational education plays a significant role in empowering rural green and low-carbon development through a dual-path model combining skills training and innovation-and-entrepreneurship incubation.Based on the synergistic logic between the deployment of new energy technologies in rural areas and microgrid entrepreneurship,this paper systematically examines the current status and bottlenecks of this dual-path approach and proposes a fullchain empowerment framework encompassing"technology adaptation-talent cultivation-entrepreneurship incubation-ecosystem building."Drawing on practical cases of diverse new energy applications,the study explores the support mechanism enabled by tripartite collaboration among government,vocational colleges,and enterprises.Findings indicate that this collaborative pathway effectively addresses key challenges such as barriers to rural deployment of new energy technologies and a weak entrepreneurial ecosystem,thereby fostering mutual reinforcement between technological penetration and industrial upgrading,and delivering sustainable talent and technical momentum for rural revitalization.
