摘要
随着移动互联网技术的蓬勃发展,微信公众号成为高校图书馆开展智慧服务的核心载体。通过实证调研杭州地区多所省属重点院校,发现图书馆公众号图书推荐体系大多存在四大核心问题:内容呈现形式单一、读者参与度低、服务渗透率低,以及推荐精准度欠佳。基于所做的问卷调查与实证分析,文章针对现有服务模式的局限性,提出融合内容创新、交互设计、服务渗透和智能场景适配算法(该算法是基于位置的服务与时间绑定服务的混合推荐算法)的四维协同优化策略,旨在为读者提供更优质服务,同时提高馆藏资源的利用率,并为高校图书馆的智能服务升级提供实践指导。
With the booming development of mobile internet technology,WeChat Official Accounts have become a core platform for university libraries to provide intelligent services.Through empirical research on multiple provincially-administered key universities in Hangzhou,this study identifies four major issues in university library WeChat Official Account book recommendation systems:limited content formats,low reader engagement,insufficient service penetration,and poor recommendation accuracy.Based on questionnaire surveys and empirical analysis,this paper proposes a four-dimensional synergy optimization strategy to address the limitations of existing service models.The strategy integrates content innovation,interactive design,enhanced service penetration,and an intelligent context adaptation algorithm—a hybrid recommendation algorithm combining location-based services and timebound services.The aim is to provide readers with higher-quality services,improve the utilization of library collections,and offer practical guidance for upgrading intelligent services in university libraries.
