摘要
通过政策解读、数据统计并开展企业走访与毕业生追踪调研工作,结合“政策—数据—实证”思路挖掘思政育人需求,构建起“课程浸润—实践强化—文化浸染”的课程育人路线。“三全育人”下实行课程目标达成度、教师思政教学能力、学生职业素养提升的全方位评价,覆盖全员、全过程、全方位育人环节。学生的就业观发生显著改变,愿意到基层、新兴产业就业的人数增多,课程体系和协同机制共同得到改善。实践结论是系统融入思想政治教育可以提高学生的从业素养和价值观念,可以为就业优先发展下的立德树人提供可复制的范例。
Through policy interpretation,data statistics and research,this study constructs a curriculum-based education path of“curriculum infiltration—practice enhancement—cultural immersion”.Under the“all-round,whole-process and all-staff education”model,a comprehensive evaluation system covering courses,teachers and students is implemented.As a result,students’employment outlook has undergone a significant change:more students are willing to work at the grassroots level and in emerging industries,and both the curriculum system and the collaborative mechanism have been improved.The practical conclusion shows that the systematic integration of ideological and political education can enhance students’professional literacy and values,and provide a replicable example for fostering virtue through education under the background of employment priority.
