摘要 梳齿板伸缩缝是交通设施中广泛应用的重要结构部件,其耐久性对桥梁和公路的安全稳定运行至关重要。本文系统分析梳齿板伸缩缝耐久性的影响因素,包括材料性能、设计理论、施工技术、荷载工况及维护管理等方面,提出设计优化、施工质量控制、定期维护保养和智能监测等提升耐久性的策略。研究表明,合理选材、优化设计参数、规范施工和加强检测与维护,可有效提升伸缩缝的耐久性。同时,结合典型案例对改进策略的实际应用效果进行分析,验证了优化措施的可行性和实用性。 Comb-tooth plate expansion joints are critical structural components widely used in transportation infrastructure,and their durability is essential for the safe and stable operation of bridges and highways.This paper systematically analyzes the factors affecting the durability of comb-tooth plate expansion joints,including material properties,design theory,construction techniques,load conditions,and maintenance management.Strategies to enhance durability such as design optimization,construction quality control,regular maintenance,and intelligent monitoring are proposed.The study shows that selecting appropriate materials,optimizing design parameters,standardizing construction processes,and strengthening inspection and maintenance can significantly improve the durability of expansion joints.Furthermore,typical case studies are analyzed to evaluate the practical effectiveness of the proposed improvement strategies,confirming their feasibility and applicability.
