环芯激光焊接铜-铝搭接接头电学性能研究

摘要 铜和铝的焊接被广泛应用于新能源汽车产业的电池研发中,然而铜和铝熔化焊形成的金属间化合物的电阻率较高,同时易形成焊接缺陷,降低焊接接头的电学性能与可靠性。对比中心光和环芯激光对焊缝成形的影响可知,中心光焊接得到的焊缝中易出现气孔缺陷,而加入环形光后可有效稳定焊接过程,减少气孔缺陷并增大接头的有效连接面积,接头的最小接触电阻可达(179.2±1.2)μΩ,对应的电阻等效系数为0.83。此外,环形光对接头电迁移无显著影响,采用20 A电流通电后焊缝组织无明显变化,而200 A电流通电后焊缝组织均发生粗化。 The welding of copper and aluminum plays a critical role in battery exploration of new energy vehicle industry.However,the intermetallic compounds formed during fusion welding of copper and aluminum equip high electrical resistivity,and the welding defects are prone to occur,which reduce the electrical performance and reliability of the welded joints.Comparing the effects of core-only and ring-core beam on weld formation,it can be seen that core-only laser welding commonly produces porosity defects,whereas the ring-core configuration stabilizes the molten pool dynamics,effectively reducing porosity and increasing the effective contact area of the joint.The optimized joint achieved a minimum contact resistance of(179.2±1.2)μΩwith a resistance equivalence factor of 0.83.Meanwhile,the adjustable ring mode laser showed negligible effect on electromigration behavior,there is no significant change in the microstructure of the welding configurations under a current of 20 A and significant microstructure coarsening occurr when applying a current of 200 A for both beams.
