钼钛锆合金弧形槽电解铣削加工试验研究

摘要 钼钛锆合金因高熔点、高导热性和高耐腐蚀性等优异性能而广泛用于航空航天、军工、半导体等领域,然而复杂的制造工艺和高昂的加工成本限制了进一步应用。针对航天发动机中钼合金阀座应用的弧形槽结构,提出一种成形管电极电解铣削加工方法,利用带有标准弧形槽的块电极和待拷贝工具毛坯,以射流喷液式电解反拷法设计并制备工具阴极,并用该阴极对钼钛锆合金开展电解铣削加工试验,研究加工参数对弧形槽加工的影响。结果表明:针对1.99 mm的总铣削深度,当设定加工电压40 V、占空比65%、进给速度200μm/s时,加工出的弧形槽与标准弧形槽相比整体轮廓度误差仅为0.182 mm,表面粗糙度为Ra0.815μm,成形质量较好。 TZM alloys,with high melting point,high thermal conductivity and high corrosion resistance,are widely applied in important fields such as aerospace,military and semiconductor fields.However,complex manufacturing processes and high processing costs limit further application.An electrochemical milling method using a formed tube electrode for the arc-shaped groove structure on the valve seat in aerospace engines was proposed.The tool cathode was designed and fabricated by the electrochemical jet anti-copying method,using a block electrode with a standard arc-shaped groove and a tool blank to be copied.This tool cathode was used to perform electrochemical milling on the TZM alloys,and the effect of machining parameters on arc-shaped groove machining were studied.The result showed that for a total milling depth of 1.99 mm,when the processing voltage is set to 40 V,the duty cycle is 65%and the feed rate is 200µm/s,the contour error of the processed arc-shaped groove compared to the standard arc-shaped groove is 0.182 mm,and the surface roughness is Ra0.815µm,indicating a good forming quality.
