摘要
目的通过文献可视化分析,揭示中西医治疗儿童鼻鼽的发展现状及趋势。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库近20年来收录的中西医治疗儿童鼻鼽相关文献,利用Excel和CiteSpace 6.4.R1软件对发文量、作者、机构、关键词等信息进行可视化图谱绘制。结果共纳入文献1477篇,发文量总体逐年上升;以汪受传、郑健、李幼瑾等学者为代表;以南京中医药大学、天津中医药大学、成都中医药大学等研究机构为主;得到突现词19个,目前研究热点聚焦在用药规律、数据挖掘、作用机制等方面。结论中西医治疗儿童鼻鼽文献年发文量持续上升,以辨证论治、穴位贴敷、免疫治疗等临床研究文献相对集中,其中数据挖掘技术探究各医家治疗儿童鼻鼽遣方用药规律及作用机制或许成为该领域未来研究方向。而实验研究相对不足,各地区研究机构间合作欠紧密,未来有较大合作空间。
Objective To reveal the current status and trends in pediatric allergic rhinitis treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine based on visualization analysis.Methods A literature search was conducted on traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis from the CNKI,Wanfang Database,and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database over the past 20 years.Excel and CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software were used Li Youjin among others.Primary research institutions encompassed Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Nineteen prominent keywords were identified,with current research hotspots focusing on medication patterns,data mining,and mechanisms of action.Conclusion The annual publication volume of literature on traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis continues to rise.Clinical research literature has been relatively concentrated in areas such as syndrome differentiation and treatment,acupoint application,and immunotherapy.Among these,the exploration of data mining techniques to investigate the patterns of prescription and medication use by various medical practitioners in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis,as well as their mechanisms of action,may become a future research direction in this field.Limitations include insufficient experimental studies and inter-regional collaboration potential,indicating significant potential for future cooperation.
