摘要
目的探讨基于相互作用分析理论的延续性护理干预在皮下特异性免疫治疗变应性鼻炎患儿中的应用效果。方法通过随机数字表法将2022年1月至2023年12月在广东省妇幼保健院门诊接受皮下特异性免疫治疗的200例变应性鼻炎患儿分为两组。对照组(n=100)实施常规护理干预,观察组(n=100)实施基于相互作用分析理论的延续性护理干预,比较两组干预效果。结果观察组干预后的鼻炎症状评分、生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于相互作用分析理论的延续性护理干预在皮下特异性免疫治疗变应性鼻炎患儿中的应用效果较好,可减轻患儿的临床症状,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing intervention based on the interaction analysis theory in subcutaneous specific immunotherapy for children with allergic rhinitis.Methods By using the random number table method,200 children with allergic rhinitis who received subcutaneous specific immunotherapy in Department of Inpatient,Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into two groups.The control group(n=100)received routine nursing,while the observation group(n=100)received continuous nursing intervention based on the interaction analysis theory.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The rhinitis symptom score and quality of life score of the observation group after intervention were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of continuous nursing intervention based on the interaction analysis theory in subcutaneous specific immunotherapy for children with allergic rhinitis is good,which can alleviate the clinical sym ptoms of children and improve their quality of life.
