基于电网一张图的低压发电作业仿真决策应用

摘要 发电作业是低压供电可靠性提升的重要手段,面临作业数量多而资源相对有限,容量估算易偏差进而引发跳机等痛点问题,亟需开展仿真分析。随着电网一张图的深化建设,为低压发电作业仿真应用构建提供了拓扑和量测数字基座。文章首先从低压发电作业仿真需求入手提出了仿真应用架构;然后设计了基于低压停电的户-分路拓扑辨识算法,并介绍了低压发电容量估算方法,基于人体舒适度指数进行相似日选择,并在此基础上开展分路分相负荷预估、单相载流量越限与三相不平衡分析,为资源受限场景下的发电车选型提供决策支撑。最后,通过实际案例证明了上述方法的有效性。该仿真应用已在南通通州成功试点,显著提升了发电作业的质效。 Power generation is a crucial means of enhancing the reliability of low-voltage power supply.However,it faces challenges such as huge number of operations but relatively limited resources,as well as potential deviations in capacity estimation which can lead to tripping.Therefore,there is an urgent need to conduct simulation analysis.With the deepening construction of a unified grid map,a topology and measurement digital foundation has been provided for the construction of low-voltage power generation operation simulation applications.This paper first starts with the simulation requirements of low-voltage power generation operations and designs a simulation application architecture.Then,a branch-user topology verification algorithm based on low-voltage power outages was proposed,and a low-voltage power generation capacity estimation method was introduced.Similar day selection was based on human comfort index,and on this basis,branch and phase independent load estimation,single-phase current capacity exceeding limit,and three-phase imbalance analysis were carried out to provide decision support for the selection of power generation vehicles in resource limited scenarios.Finally,the effectiveness of the above method was demonstrated through practical cases.This simulation application has been successfully applied in Tongzhou,Nantong,which significantly improving the quality and efficiency of power generation operations.
