基于图计算的大规模配电网拓扑高性能分析方法

摘要 配电网设备数量多、带电状态频繁变化,基于现有数据模型进行大规模拓扑分析的效率低,给电网精益化运行控制带来日益严峻的挑战。为此,文章提出基于图计算的大规模配电网拓扑高性能分析方法,采用图计算方法对拓扑图模型结构和拓扑分析算法进行优化以提升配电网拓扑分析效率,并提出基于设备端子标识的变压器开关结构拓扑建模方法,定义设备-图映射策略,根据耦合节点带电一致性特征的图计算索引构建方法,以及设备带电一致性概率求解节点连接权重表征节点连接紧密度,并构建无向权重图。采用启发式多路谱聚类对无向权重图划分,基于划分结果构建全图索引以提升大规模图检索效率,以及频繁项解析的开关量测序列耦合方法,叠加设备量测数据后生成动态拓扑图,构建开关状态序列频繁模式树,通过降解图模型属性冗余提升大规模动态拓扑图计算分析效率。结合省级配电网拓扑数据进行验证,验证结果表明,所提方法在供电范围分析等场景中分析效率相比传统拓扑分析方法有显著提升。 Distribution networks feature a massive number of devices and frequent online topological changes,the efficiency of large-scale topology analysis based on existing data models posing increasingly severe challenges to operation and control of power grids.To address these issues,this paper proposes a method for large-scale distribution networks based on a graph data model.The method characterizes the distribution network topology using a graph model and enhances the efficiency of grid topology analysis by optimizing the structure of the topological graph model.According to device types,distribution network equipment is hierarchically classified.The node connection weights are defined to characterize the tightness of correlation among transformer node states,based on undirected weighted graph.Heuristic multi-way spectral clustering approach is employed to partition the undirected weighted graph,and full-graph index is mapped to improve the retrieval efficiency by superimposing device measurements.Frequent pattern tree of switch status sequences is constructed in switch status attributes within nodes to enhance the analysis efficiency of large-scale dynamic topology graphs.Utilizing provincial-level distribution network topology data,the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated in typical topological scenarios such as service area analysis,large-scale resource location,and dynamic topology backtracking.
