摘要
随着新型电力系统建设和数字孪生电网的发展,电力通信网的目标网架规划成为支撑电力系统发展的关键。文章基于长期发展规划视角,重点探讨面向新型电力系统的通信目标网架构建方法。兼顾当前挑战与未来五至十年发展需求,致力于构建“主网智强、中压融合、低压透明、高速安全、天地一体”的电力通信目标网,旨在为我国“双碳”战略实施与新型电力系统建设提供关键通信支撑。
With the construction of new power system and the development of digital twin-based power grids,the planning of the target network architecture for power communication networks has become crucial for supporting power system development.From a long-term development planning perspective,this paper focuses on the methodology for constructing a target network architecture for power communication networks oriented toward new power system.Balancing current challenges with development needs over the next five to ten years,it aims to build a target power communication network characterized by an“intelligent and robust backbone,converged medium voltage,transparent low voltage,high-speed and secure,and integrated space-air-ground”framework.This architecture is designed to provide critical communication support for implementing China’s“dual carbon”strategy and advancing the construction of new power system.
