摘要
文章围绕人工智能背景下财务管理人才能力的转型需求,系统分析传统财务人员在数字化环境中的能力短板,构建“数字化技能—业务融合能力—战略思维能力—风险管理能力”四维能力框架。研究指出,人工智能推动财务职能从核算支持向战略协同转型,要求财务人员具备复合型能力结构以适应新形势。文章进一步提出针对性的人才培养路径与转型策略,旨在为财务人员职业发展与企业人才战略提供理论依据和实践参考。
This paper focuses on the transformation eeds of financial management talentscapabilities in the era of artificial intelligence.It systematically analyzes the limitations of traditional financial talent structures in digital environments and proposes a four-dimensional capability framework:digital literacy,business integration,strategic thinking,and risk management.The study finds that artificial intelligence is driving a shift in financial functions from basic accounting to strategic collaboration,requiring financial personnel to possess a composite capability structure to adapt to the new situation.The article further proposes targeted talent cultivation paths and transformation strategies,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the career development of financial personnel and the talent strategy of enterprises.
