摘要
乡村旅游是实现乡村振兴的重要路径,居民感知是乡村旅游可持续发展的关键。文章以大连旅顺小南村为案例地,基于213份问卷调查,并通过探索性因子分析,揭示居民对乡村旅游影响的经济、环境、社会文化三维感知结构。研究得出,居民正向感知明显强于负向感知,但存在利益分配差异、文化参与不足等问题,最后从完善利益共享机制、强化环境共治、深化文化赋能三方面提出对策,为北方乡村文旅融合与内生发展提供助力。
Rural tourism constitutes a vital pathway for realizing rural revitalization,and residentsperceptions serve as a key factor in the sustainable development of rural tourism.Taking Xiaonan Village in Lushun,Dalian as a case study,based on 213 questionnaire surveys and adopting exploratory factor analysis,this paper reveals a three-dimensional perceptual structure of residentsperceptions of the impacts of rural tourism,which includes economic,environmental,and socio-cultural dimensions.The study finds that residentspositive perceptions are significantly stronger than negative ones,yet problems such as disparities in benefit distribution and insufficient cultural participation exist.Finally,countermeasures are proposed from three aspects:improving benefit-sharing mechanisms,strengthening environmental co-governance,and deepening cultural empowerment,aiming to provide help for the integration of culture and tourism and endogenous development in northern rural areas.
