摘要
在数字经济与绿色经济协同发展的大背景下,县域经济绿色增长对全球的可持续发展意义重大。研究聚焦数字技术赋能县域经济绿色增长,分析其理论基础,涵盖数字技术与县域经济绿色增长的内涵、特征及作用机制。此外,通过深入探究吉林实践,分析其县域经济发展现状、数字技术应用情况,提出针对性对策建议。研究表明,数字技术为县域经济绿色增长提供强大动力,未来应聚焦新技术应用场景开发与风险应对,助力县域经济在“双碳”目标下实现转型。
Against the backdrop of the coordinated development of the digital economy and the green economy,the green growth of county-level economies is of great significance for global sustainable development.This research focuses on how digital technology empowers the green growth of county-level economies.It analyzes the theoretical basis,covering the connotations,characteristics,and action mechanisms of digital technology and the green growth of county-level economies.In addition,through an in-depth exploration of the practices in Jilin Province,this paper analyzes the current development situation of its county-level economies and the application of digital technology,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The research shows that digital technology provides a powerful driving force for the green growth of county-level economies.In the future,efforts should be focused on the development of new technology application scenarios and risk response,so as to assist county-level economies in achieving transformation under the“dual-carbon”goal.
