摘要
文章通过聚焦山东省智慧交通发展现状,分析了国省干线公路数智化转型的必要性、技术路线及发展前景,提出以“感知智能化、数据平台化、应用场景化”为核心的转型策略,涵盖基础设施数字化改造、数据平台建设、智能应用开发等重点任务。转型须遵循“稳步推进、以点带面、路车协同、适度超前”原则,配合顶层设计、人才培养、投融资创新等保障措施,最终提升公路安全水平、管理效能和服务质量,支撑交通强国战略目标。
By focusing on the current development status of intelligent transportation in Shandong Province,this paper analyzes the necessity,technical approach,and development prospects of digital and intelligent transformation of national and provincial roads.It proposes a transformation strategy centered on“intelligent sensing,data platformization,and scenario-based applications”,covering key tasks including digital transformation of infrastructure,data platform construction,and intelligent application development.The transformation should follow the principles of“steady progress,point-to-area expansion,vehicle-road coordination,and moderate advancement”.Through measures such as improving top-level design,cultivating professional talent,innovating investment and financing mechanisms,the transformation will effectively enhance highway safety levels,management efficiency,and service quality,providing support for the strategy of building a strong transportation networks.
