摘要
在当前经济形势下,国有企业的创新能力强弱不仅是企业自身发展问题,更是驱动经济稳健前行实现高质量增长的重要保障,因此分析企业创新能力影响因素有着现实意义。文章运用熵值法,对国有控股企业创新能力的影响因素展开分析,通过分析得出企业规模、研发人员数量及占比、研发强度及资产负债率对其影响程度较大,提出企业需要扩大规模、增加研发人员数量与加大研发投入强度等建议,并将各因素进行协调,发挥协同作用,共同提升企业创新能力。
In the current economic landscape,the strength of innovation capability in state-owned enterprises is not only a matter of their own development,but also a crucial guarantee for driving steady economic progress and achieving high-quality growth.Therefore,analyzing the factors influencing enterprise innovation capability holds practical significance.This paper employs the entropy method to analyze the influencing factors of the innovation capability of state-controlled enterprises.The analysis reveals that enterprise scale,the number and proportion of R&D personnel,R&D intensity,and the assetliability ratio have a significant impact.It proposes suggestions such as enterprises needing to expand their scale,increase the number of R&D personnel,and intensify R&D investments.Furthermore,it emphasizes coordinating these factors to exert a synergistic effect and collectively enhance the innovation capability of enterprises.
