摘要
试验旨在探究香蕉秆与玉米面不同混合比例对青贮品质的影响,并筛选最优配比组合。将香蕉秆切短至4~5 cm,晾晒至适宜水分后,按以下4种组合进行青贮处理:A组(100%香蕉秆+秸秆发酵菌剂)、B组(90%香蕉秆+10%玉米面+秸秆发酵菌剂)、C组(70%香蕉秆+30%玉米面+秸秆发酵菌剂)、D组(70%香蕉秆+30%玉米面)。青贮52 d后,对各组青贮进行感官评定、pH值测定、营养成分及能量价值分析。结果显示,B组和C组感官评价等级优良;与A组相比,B组、C组和D组pH值均显著降低(P<0.05);C组干物质(DM)和粗蛋白(CP)含量显著高于B组和D组(P<0.05),B组、C组和D组粗脂肪(EE)和磷(P)含量显著高于A组(P<0.05),C组粗灰分(Ash)含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05),A组和D组钙(Ca)含量显著高于B组和C组(P<0.05)。C组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤不溶蛋白(ADICP)含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05),A组和B组酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量显著高于C组和D组(P<0.05),B组、C组和D组酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)与酸不溶灰分(AIA)含量均显著低于A组(P<0.05)。整体而言,青贮后EE、CP、Ca、P、中性洗涤不溶蛋白(NDICP)和ADICP含量升高,DM、NDF和ADF含量下降。能量价值比较显示,C组的消化能(DE)、代谢能(ME)、维持净能(NEm)和增重净能(NEg)均最高,A组均为最低。研究表明,香蕉秆与玉米面以7∶3比例混合并添加秸秆发酵菌剂时,青贮品质较好。
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different mixing ratios of banana stems and corn meal on silage quality and to identify the optimal combination.Banana stems were chopped to 4 to 5 cm,sun-dried to an appropriate moisture level,and then subjected to silage processing according to the following four combinations:Group A(l00%banana stems+straw fermentation bacterial agent),group B(90%banana stems+10%corn meal+straw fermentation bacterial agent),group C(70%banana stems+30%corn meal+straw fermentation bacterial agent),and group D(70%banana stems+30%corn meal).After 52 days of ensiling,sensory evaluation,pH measurement,nutritional composition,and energy value analysis were conducted on the silage from each group.The results showed that the sensory evaluation grades of groups B and C were excellent.Compared to group A,the pH value of groups B,C,and D was significantly lower(P<0.05).The dry matter(DM)and crude protein(CP)concentrations of group C were significantly higher than those of groups B and D(P<0.05).The crude fat(EE)and phosphorus(P)concentrations of groups B,C,and D were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).The crude ash(Ash)content of group C was significantly lower than that of the other groups(P<0.05).The calcium(Ca)content of groups A and D was significantly higher than those of groups B and C(P<0.05).The neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent insoluble crude protein(ADICP)concentrations of group C were significantly lower than those of the other groups(P<0.05).The acid detergent fiber(ADF)content of groups A and B was significantly higher than those of groups C and D(P<0.05).The acid detergent lignin(ADL)and acid−insoluble ash(AIA)concentrations of groups B,C,and D were significantly lower than those of group A(P<0.05).Overall,after ensiling,the concentrations of EE,CP,Ca,P,neutral detergent insoluble crude protein(NDICP),and ADICP increased,while the concentrations of DM,NDF,and ADF decreased.Energy value comparisons showed that group C had the highest values for digestible energy(DE),metabolizable energy(ME),net energy for maintenance(NEm),and net energy for gain(NEg),while group A had the lowest values.The study indicates that when banana stems are mixed with corn meal in a 7:3 ratio and supplemented with straw fermentation bacterial agent,the silage quality is better.
