摘要
目的:基于输注泵的序列模式开发输注泵流速自动检测方法,以保障医院高效地开展输注泵的质量控制检测。方法:使用电子计算机作为上位机连接质量控制检测仪,使其处于命令控制模式,配置预设的输注泵序列参数,确保输注泵和质量控制检测仪按设定时间序列同步启动自动检测。针对2024年1月至6月间南京医科大学第一附属医院维修后的3个品牌157台输注泵进行流速检测,评价其流速检测所需的值守时间和流速检测合格率。结果:在质量控制检测仪处于命令控制模式下,输注泵的流速数据可被自动记录,并能生成流速的质量控制报告。该自动检测方法的实现了输注泵在序列模式下的流速自动检测,启动自动检测后无需工程师值守。而传统的人工记录的方式则需约60 min的值守时间。在检测结束后软件能够自动生成流速质量控制报告,并根据标准进行流速检测结果判定,3个品牌输液泵流速检测合格率分别为73.0%、83.8%和81.3%;注射泵流速检测合格率分别为76.3%、50.0%和77.8%。结论:基于序列模式的输注泵流速自动检测方法可实现输注泵流速检测的自动化,极大保障了输注泵设备的安全性和有效性。
Objective:To develop an automatic detection method for infusion pump flow rate based on the sequential pattern of infusion pumps,in order to assist hospitals in efficiently carrying out quality control testing of infusion pumps.Methods:Use an electronic computer as the upper computer to connect the quality control detector,put it in command control mode,and configure the preset infusion pump sequence parameters,while ensuring that the infusion pump and quality control detector start synchronously according to the set time series.Evaluate the required duty time and qualification rate for flow rate testing of 157 infusion pumps from three brands repaired at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University between January and June 2024.Results:When the quality control detector is in command control mode,the flow rate data of the infusion pump can be automatically recorded and a quality control report of the flow rate can be generated.The implementation of this automatic detection method enables automatic flow rate detection of infusion pumps in sequential mode,without the need for engineers to be on duty after starting the detection.The traditional manual recording method requires about 60 minutes of on duty time.After the detection is completed,the software can automatically generate a flow rate quality control report and judge the flow rate detection results according to the standard.The pass rates of flow rate detection for the three brands of infusion pumps are 73.0%,83.8%,and 81.3%,while the qualified rates of injection pump flow rate detection were 76.3%,50.0%,and 77.8%.Conclusion:The automatic detection method of infusion pump flow rate based on sequence pattern can achieve automation of infusion pump flow rate detection,greatly ensuring the safety and effectiveness of infusion pump equipment.
