摘要
温育盘是全自动化学发光免疫分析仪温育系统的重要组成部分,其温度的稳定和均一性是评价仪器性能的重要指标之一。设计一种温度均一性优化的全自动化学发光免疫分析仪温育盘,并通过有限元分析对其结构进行优化,最终采用加热底座中间避空并且与避空区域对照区域的加热带中间不分布加热丝的创新设计,有效解决了温育盘中间布局过热的问题,保证反应盘上反应杯内部温度的均一性。根据设计方案进行实物装配后,对温育盘进行温度均一性和温升时间测试,测试结果显示,优化后的温育盘能够满足全自动化学发光免疫分析仪温度控制的技术要求,温育温度为(37.0±0.3)℃,温升时间≤30 min,有助于提高仪器检测可靠性和测试效率,减少医生和患者的等待时间,提高诊疗效率。
The warm plate is an important component of warming system of the fully automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer,which temperature's stability and uniformity are one of the key indicators of evaluating its performance.A new type of warm plate with optimal temperature uniformity of the fully automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer was designed,and its structure was optimized through finite element analysis.Finally,the innovative design adopted the heating base that was hollowed out in the middle,and the heating wire did not been distributed in the middle of the heating zone in the control area of the hollowedout area.This innovation effectively solved the problem of overheating at the middle of the warm plate,and ensured the uniformity of the internal temperature in the reaction cups on the reaction plate.According to the design plan,the temperature uniformity and rise time of temperature of the warm plate were tested after the physical objects were assembled.The results showed that the optimized warm plate could meet the technical requirements of the fully automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer for controlling temperatures,which warm temperature was(37.0±0.3)℃and rise time of temperature was≤30 min.It is helpful to improve the reliability and test efficiency of testing instrument,and reduce the waiting time of doctors and patients,and increase the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment.
