3D打印组织补偿膜在肿瘤放射治疗中的应用研究进展

摘要 随着三维(3D)打印技术在生物医药、口腔颌面及临床教学研究等领域的广泛应用,该技术也逐渐扩展到肿瘤放射治疗领域,用于制作组织补偿器、仿真模体及组织补偿膜等。定制的3D打印组织补偿膜依据患者CT图像数据设计,与皮肤表面具有良好的贴合性,可提高靶区剂量的准确性,为精确放射治疗提供保障。通过回顾分析3D打印组织补偿膜的材料分类、打印制作方式及评估方法,综述3D打印补偿膜在肿瘤放射治疗中的应用,旨在为后续相关研究提供参考。 With the extensive application of three dimensional(3D)printing technology in medical fields,such as biomedicine,oral and maxillofacial surgery,and clinical teaching research,this technology gradually extended to the field of radiation oncology for the fabrication of tissue compensators,simulated phantoms,and tissue compensation bolus.The 3D-printed tissue compensation bolus,which is customized as patient's requirement,is designed based on patient's image data of computed tomography(CT).It can appear excellent conformability to the skin’s surface,and can improve the accuracy of dose delivery at target area,and provide support for precision radiotherapy.By retrospective analysis for the material classification,printing production method,and assessment method,this article reviewed the application of compensation bolus by 3D printing in radiotherapy for tumor,which aim was to provide references for subsequent researches.
