摘要
洪雪立是新中国成立初期聋哑教育的主要负责人,他建立完善了全国聋哑学校教育的管理体制,组织编写了最早的全国统一聋教育教材,积极推动全国聋哑学校的口语教学改革,为新中国成立初期聋教育的发展发挥了重要的作用。研究洪雪立的聋教育思想,总结新中国成立初期特殊教育发展成就,这不仅有助于促进中国特色特殊教育的话语体系与学术体系建设,更有助于推动中国特色特殊教育的高质量发展。
Hong Xueli was the major responsible educator of deaf-mute education in the early days of the People’s Republic of China.He reformed and improved the management system of deaf-mute school education nationwide,organized and compiled the earliest national unified textbook for deaf-mute education,and promoted the reform of oral teaching in deaf-mute schools,making great contribution to the education in China.Studying his thought of deaf-mute education and summarizing the achievements of special education in the early days of PRC can promote the construction of discourse and academic system of special education with Chinese characteristics and promote the high-quality development of it.
