摘要
目的探讨水凝胶敷料结合负压封闭引流对骨折术后难愈性伤口创面愈合的影响。方法选取2024年4月至2025年4月在郑州市骨科医院就诊的50例骨折术后难愈性伤口患者为研究对象,给予患者水凝胶敷料结合负压封闭引流治疗。记录敷料更换时间、负压封闭引流时间、日平均引流量、创面完全愈合时间和视觉模拟评分法评分、并发症发生情况。结果50例骨折术后难愈性伤口患者敷料更换(3.51±0.94)次,负压封闭引流时间为(16.85±3.75)d,日平均引流量为(56.63±5.72)mL,创面完全愈合时间为(24.63±4.13)d。治疗前,VAS评分为(7.12±0.69)分,治疗7d后为(4.84±0.58)分,治疗14d后为(2.85±0.67)分,差异有统计学意义(F=542.877,P<0.001)。6例患者出现并发症,并发症发生率为12.00%。结论水凝胶敷料结合负压封闭引流治疗骨折术后难愈性伤口疗效较好,可促进创面愈合,减轻患者疼痛感。
Objective To explore the effect of hydrogel dressings combined with vacuum sealing drainage on the healing of refractory wound after fracture surgery.Methods A total of 50 patients with refractory wound after fracture surgery who visited Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from April 2024 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were treated with hydrogel dressings combined with vacuum sealing drainage.The time of dressing change,the duration of vacuum sealing drainage treatment,the average daily drainage volume,the time when the wound completely healed,the score obtained by the visual analogue scale,and the occurrence of complications were recorded.Results For the 50 patients with refractory wound after fracture surgery,the dressing replacement was performed(3.51±0.94)times,the negative pressure closed drainage treatment duration was(16.85±3.75)d,the average daily drainage volume was(56.63±5.72)mL,and the complete wound healing time was(24.63±4.13)d.Before treatment,the visual analogue scale score was(7.12±0.69)points,after 7 days of treatment it was(4.84±0.58)points,and after 14 days of treatment it was(2.85±0.67)points.The difference was statistically significant(F=542.877,P<0.001).6 patients had complications,with a complication rate of 12.00%.Conclusions The combination of hydrogel dressings and vacuum sealing drainage has a better therapeutic effect on refractory wound after fracture surgery,and can promote wound healing and alleviate the pain of patients.
