摘要
阜阳国际铁路枢纽港是服务双循环发展格局的区域班列集结地与产业协同发展的重要枢纽经济平台,对强化区域开放联动、融入双循环体系、降低社会物流成本、提升物流运行效率以及推动产业集聚与升级具有重要作用,将成为区域经济发展的新引擎。然而,阜阳国际铁路枢纽港当前面临运量能级有限、辐射能力不足、基础设施衔接不畅、物流功能未能充分发挥、场站承载能力受限等一系列问题。为此,本研究从基础设施升级扩能、运输组织模式优化和运输产品创新等维度提出相应的解决方案,以支撑其功能提升与可持续发展。
The Fuyang International Railway Hub Port serves as a regional train assembly center supporting the dual-circulation development pattern and a crucial hub economic platform for industrial synergy development.It plays a vital role in enhancing regional open coordination,integrating into the dual-circulation system,reducing social logistics costs,improving logistics operational efficiency,and fostering industrial agglomeration and upgrading,positioning it as a new engine for regional economic development.However,the Fuyang International Railway Hub Port currently faces challenges such as limited freight volume capacity,insufficient radiating influence,inadequate infrastructure connectivity,underutilized logistics functions,and constrained terminal handling capacity.To address these issues,this paper proposes corresponding solutions from the perspectives of infrastructure upgrading and capacity expansion,optimization of transportation organization models,and transport product innovation,aiming to support its functional enhancement and sustainable development.
