上海港集装箱海铁联运需求及通道研究

Research on the Demand and Channels of Container Sea-Rail Intermodal Transportation in Shanghai Port

摘要 上海港作为全球集装箱吞吐量最大的港口,在国家“双循环”战略和“一带一路”倡议中扮演关键角色。然而,其集装箱集疏运体系长期依赖公路运输,铁路运输占比仅为1.5%,导致运输结构失衡、碳排放压力增大、腹地服务能力受限、港城矛盾日益突出。本研究聚焦上海港集装箱海铁联运需求及通道优化问题,综合运用定量与定性分析方法,合理划分港口经济腹地,测算上海港至长三角、长江经济带及中西部地区的集装箱生成量,采用Logit模型对腹地集疏运进行方式划分预测,得出海铁联运运输需求结果;在此基础上,依据国家铁路网规划,针对上海枢纽疏港通道进行分工调整,重新分配上海港集装箱海铁联运通道运量。 As the port with the largest container throughput in the world,Shanghai Port plays a key role in the national“double circulation”strategy and the“the Belt and Road”initiative.However,its container collection and distribution system has long relied on road transport,with railway transport accounting for only 1.5%,resulting in unbalanced transport structure,increased pressure on carbon emissions,limited service capacity in hinterland,and increasingly prominent port city conflicts.This study focuses on the demand and channel optimization of container sea-rail intermodal transportation in Shanghai Port.By comprehensively using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,the economic hinterland of the port is reasonably divided,and the container generation volume from Shanghai Port to the Yangtze River Delta,Yangtze River Economic Belt,and central and western regions is calculated.The Logit model is used to predict the mode division of inland transportation and obtain the demand results for sea-rail intermodal transportation.On this basis,according to the national railway network planning,the division of labor will be adjusted for the Shanghai hub port clearance channel,and the transportation volume of the Shanghai Port container sea-rail intermodal channel will be redistributed.
